2018 is going to be my best year to date. I'm declaring that right now!
2017 taught me that:
1. You can have whatever you want.
2. You have choices.
3. Trust God/Goddess/The Universe's plan is greater than your own.
Moral of the story. Decide what you want and go after it.
It has been a year of many new beginnings, restructuring of the self, and having to reconnect with our basic self and needs. I know it has been an extremely transformative year for me personally, but now as we close out this year, I see the benefit from all of these issues that came up for me. I hope that in retrospect you see why you had to go through certain challenges and obstacles. It is a year to rise up and awaken from the last 9 years of complacency for many of us. As we rise, some of the structures of the past will no longer be good enough. We can no longer stand idly by, awaiting someone to save us. We are the ones who have to get up and get out of our own self-made prisons, step out of limitations, and step into our true divine power.
I decided in early December to do some Oracle and Tarot type of Horoscopes by signs. I am using the Wisdom Deck, Soul's Journey Lesson Cards, Eight Coins Tarot and Keepers of the Light Oracle to provide the guidance to keep in mind. These will cover the general energy for each sign for 2018. I hope you enjoy what I have drawn for each of you. And as always, I appreciate your support, love, and energy. It is time to hold onto yourself and let go of another. Even if just for a time. You have gained all that was meant to be from that connection. At least for now. You have given and you have received. The need to let go does not deny the value of what has been acquired, it is more that the time has come for greater productivity, creativity, abundance and consciousness in your life.

Perhaps you have had a period of outward orientation where your energy has been diverted away from the inner journey of self-discovery and creative self-expression and into the work lists, schedules and demands. Trust that you may need to step back momentarily even from your healthy relationships and commitments, to refresh your spirit by reconnecting with your own nature in solitude. Perhaps you have been diving so deep into the creative waters that you have lost your bearings or your energetic connection to the earth, your own life and your needs in the here and now. Either way, you need to come back to the ground of your own body.
This is a time for self-love, for paying attention to yourself, for nurturing, holding and being with you. It doesn’t mean you can’t love another, it just means you need to turn your attention inwards for a time, for some quality time, with you. You will emerge renewed, refreshed and clearer about your journey and your relationships as a result of this.This oracle is also confirmation that the work you have been doing on yourself is working for you! It implies the use of great power, even excessive power at times, to further one’s ends but what is not clear is how those powers will be used, or what it is that you are trying to achieve.
No matter what the goal, there is always great power behind the attempts to reach it and, as such, very little can stand in the way of the energy of the Ace of Swords without being destroyed. The power of the Ace of Swords can be drawn up by anyone whose heart, mind and will are strong. However, it is up to the bearer of the Sword to tap that potential and use it in a way that is beneficial for the greater good.
You need to not be afraid to make a leap. Bravery is called for. As the old adage says, "feel the fear and do it anyway." You have a good idea already of what must be done. The hard part is the doing of it. Start today.
