Laughter Laughter breaks up stagnant energy, get things moving and helps relax you. Laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, pain, and conflict. Nothing works after or more dependably to bring your mind and bod back into balance than a good laugh. Humor lighters your burdens , inspires hope, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focuses and alert.

Let Love Be Your Beacon Lead with love. When you enter into a new situation, see love paving the way. If it is a tense situation or a work environment, do a visualization exercise of filling the space with bright, beautiful love for everyone involved including yourself.
