Card Drawing February 16, 2020

Today has been a bit chaotic but I got a lot of house stuff done (always nice to just put the devices away, blast music, and really use some elbow grease). I have a lot going on this week and last week was LONG. I meant to do a post on Friday for Valentine's, but here we are.
Today's guidance comes from the Psychic Tarot from the Heart oracle deck by John Holland.

Did you choose your card, yet?
If you selected Card 1:
Lead - Guide, prioritize, act, structure, effort, reason In matters of the heart, the energy of this card can both help and hinder. Examine the told that you play in relationships. Do you take the lead and guide the direction of the relationship, or do you follow the other person? If you lead, are you forcing your will on the other person? If you follow, are your own needs being met? A solid relationship involves give and take, lead and follow. There has to be an even exchange of energy, and this is true for all relationships. This cards reminds you to guide - not dominate. This card focuses on the intellectual rather than the emotional side of relationships. How is the relationship serving those involved? If a relationship is to be healthy and strong, everyone's needs must be met. There has to be sufficient structure and order so that each person knows the boundaries. Each person must make the relationship a priority and put effort into making it strong. And finally, the decisions made in and about the relationships must be based on sound reasoning rather than pure ego. If you're looking for a romantic relationship, are you actively searching, or are you hoping someone will simply show up in your life? This is a card of action - being proactive, not reactive. Take the lead! Network. Make yourself available. Affirmation for this card: "I ensure that my relationships are healthy and that each person's needs are met."
If you were drawn to Card 2:
Master - Fear, identity, release, negativity, freedom, love Fear and doubt often prevent relationship from flowering or manifesting. In matter of the heart, they can restrict and confine. They prevent you from opening to the joy and love that's waiting for you. A fearful heart closes in upon itself and sees only negativity and doubt. Your fears can even make you question your own value, causing you to wonder whether you're worth of being loved or if you'll ever ind love. These thoughts, if not controlled, will manifest more of the same, continuing in a never-ending, destructive cycle. It's time to take action! To master your fears, you must first identify them. What fears about love have you allowed yourself to believe? Are you concerned about being unlovable? Are you uneasy about giving up your freedom in order to be in a relationship? Do you find it too difficult to speak up about your needs and ask that they be met? Sit quietly and uncover what may be holding you back. By the very act of facing your fears, you will recognize them for the exceptions that they are, and you will discover the power to master and eliminate them. The absence of fear is unconditional love. Please take some time to look at our fears and doubts so you can release them. This will free you to manifest joyful and loving relationship. There's an opportunity now to being your Being into a harmonious whole. Forgive your faults and rejoice in your perfect uniqueness. It may also be time to examine the choices you make regarding matters of the heart. Are you choosing to have people in your life who supper and empower you?
